Symptoms

On : 15.5 [IP2015] version, System Admin

When attempting to log into Siebel 15.5 eService application,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

a blue screen is displayed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. access the Siebel eService 15.5 applicaiton
2. observe blue screen


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Siebel eService application.
