Siebel Mobile: Disconnected Mode - Switching to Offline gets Stuck due to Multi-line text fields (Doc ID 2518093.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.9 version, Mobile Specific

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
Switching to offline mode is getting stuck at Validating data Integrity step.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------------
Switching to offline mode should not be stuck.

STEPS
---------------
1. Log into the Mobile Application (i.e. Service Mobile).
2. Wait for the second notification - 'Data is ready to download'.
3. Do some modification in the existing records - including on a Note or Description text field - to add multi-line value (at least one Enter char).
4. Click on offline icon to goto Offline mode.
5. Switch to Online and notification comes - 'New Data is Ready to download'.
6. Click on Aeroplane icon to go to offline.
7. Synchronizing data step is getting stuck at Validate Data Integrity Step and not completing.

BUSINESS IMPACT
--------------------------------
Loss of functionality. Users not able to go offline and synchronize the latest data.
