Symptoms
On : 18.12 version
When attempting to add a new to the SMC Security Profile,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Fatal error (2555922): Could not open connection to Siebel Gateway configuration store (%1:%2)., exiting...
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to SMC - Security Profile
2. Add a new user to Authorization Roles
3. change parameter AdminRoles='Siebel Administrator,FCDQ Support Applicatif' for compdef ServerMgr
4. Access Siebel srvrmgr with the new user
5. Observe the error
