Symptoms

On : 16.19 [IP2016] version, Task Based UI

When attempting to Convert Leads To Opportunities, the following error occurs.

SBL-BPR-00162: Error invoking service 'Convert Lead To Opty Service', method 'CreateOptyFromLead' at step 'Create Opty'.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When Customer is invoking the Business Service 'Convert Lead To Opty Service' invoke method 'CreateOptyFromLead' the conversion fails

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Convert Leads To Opportunities.
