Pass multiple IP parameters when communicating to external systems using Siebel Approval Manager (SAM).

SAM can communicate to external Systems by using the configurations defined in the Systems View (Read/Update and Write/Update).
However only one parameter can be passed out-of-box as of now.

Requirement is to have the ability to pass more than one parameter.

For example,
As of now - http://localhost:8080/dym/jira/{ISSUE_ID}
Requirement - http://localhost:8080/dym/jibur tracking ra/{ISSUE_ID}?userName={OWNER_NAME}

When this change is made, profile selected and Create a New SAM request, notice that the Field to enter the Defect information is no longer visible.
Need to be able to pass additional parameters to customer's bug tracking system for them to successfully use SAM.


Seeing the following error currently:
Field to enter Defect information is no longer visible.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using SAM, set this in the systems view - http://localhost:8080/dym/jibur tracking ra/{ISSUE_ID}?userName={OWNER_NAME}
2. After this change is made, profile selected and Create a New SAM request, notice that the Field to enter the Defect information is no longer visible.
