In the catalina.log file that located under AI/applicationcontainer_external/logs directory the following can be found:

STEPS

1. Install or apply Siebel Monthly Update on Siebel installation on Linux OS
2. Try to access the Siebel application URL after completing the Siebel setup, if necessary
3. "The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties" error is observed

Changes

New installation or Siebel Monthly Update installation
