ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Password Field is disabled

When end users are attempting to change a password in Siebel 18, the password field is disabled.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Password field should not be disabled

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to User Preference > Profile view
2.Password field cannot be edited
