ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

After configuring and enabling Single Sign On (SSO) in the Siebel environment, the SSO does not look to work and standard Siebel login page is appearing instead.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application should load instead of present the login page as SSO is enabled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced in environment with the following steps:
1. Configure application to use SSO
2. Application login page is still loading instead of SSO logging in the user
