Symptoms

On : 19.1 version, Client Functionality

Error trying to enter activities from the home page -IP19

ERROR
"SBL-DAT-00393: An end of file error has occurred"

STEPS
1. A user (A) creates an Activity under the Service Request.
2. The same user (A) Assigns this activity to another User (B).
3. The user (B) access to Siebel and in the home Page he can see the activities.
4. When the user (B) tries to drilldown on any activity newly assigned, an error is generated.
