How To Control Access To Siebel Management Console? (Doc ID 2523846.1)

Goal

In customer DEV environment with Siebel 18.12, they had set up Database Authentication for security profile in Siebel Management Console and therefore whoever has a DB user account in DEV could currently log into SMC. Customer had a requirement wherein they would like to limit the access to only system administrators.

Can you please let us know how to achieve this?
