Cycle Count Process to be done off business hours and holidays (Doc ID 2524315.1)

On customizing Cycle Count record creation part alone where users need to pull the Parts from Inventory to do the Cycle Count Process,now new Cycle Count records will be created with list of Parts. Post that users are using vanilla process only to do the adjustment. Now Original Qty(System Stock) got populated from Inventory and user is checking the Physical Stock from Inventory and entering it in Count Qty where Variance will get updated automatically.

Issue is during this process if any other transaction is happening in Inventory where Original Qty will get updated in Inventory and the same will get reflected in Cycle Count --> Original Qty as well,in this case variance will go calculated accordingly based on the updated Original Qty and issue will occur during Adjustment.

Need Confirmation/Recommendation if cycle counting needs to be done only off Business hours/ Holidays so that there is no interference of any transactions or any other way to avoid this miscalculation
