Call Outbound Rest Service With Parameter Style Query

Customer would like to call a Outbound Rest Service. When they try to call the Service, the request parameters are in body as a json, but the service provider require it as query parameter (like in the petstore sample referred by Doc ID 2409710.2, e.g. https://petstore.swagger.io/v2/pet/findByStatus?status=available)
How can to configure this?
