Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, ADM - App. Deployment Manager

When attempting to login to SAM after applying siebel 19.3 update, it is giving Invalid Userid and Password error.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Siebel 19.3 version
2. Try to login SAM
3. Observe the error
