Symptoms

Unable to see the custom columns in List Of Values, under Siebel WebTools version 18.

The issue can be replicated with the following steps:
-----------------------
Prerequisites: implement a custom column under this context ( BC field, and then link it to the Applet ).

1. Go to Administration - Data > List of values
2. Add custom new columns in List of Values applet "WT List of Values List Applet"
3. Check at UI level if the columns are added
