On : 15.18 [IP2015] version, Configuration - General
Drilldown is navigating to a screen which is not available in edealer application.
User is doing Drill down from Accounts List Applet , user is navigated to following Screen: Accounts Screen
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User is doing Drill down from Accounts List Applet , user is navigated to following Screen: Accounts Screen (SCW) (Expected case as this screen is present in edealer application , PFA Screenshot)
2. After the drill down user is in Accounts Screen(SCW) , If user clicks on the Service Request Tab, system gets navigated to following screen : Accounts Screen (This screen is not available in edealer application , This screen is present in automotive application , but still its getting displayed in edealer application, which leads to unexpected Behavior)
This behavior was noticed after patch set update - (i.e, Siebel 15.6 to 15.18)
Note - Service Account List View is vanilla and its present in both Accounts Screen (SCW) and Accounts Screen .
