Siebel Tools Freezes While Opening The "Screen View" From Integration Workspace (Doc ID 2530204.1)

Symptoms

In Siebel 18.8 when adding a view in a Screen on a Development Workspace (under an Integration Workspace) Siebel Tools will freeze and not recover.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Integration Workspace
2. Create a Development Workspace under the Integration Workspace
3. Navigate to Screen View
4. Add a View in a Screen
5. Add another View
6. Tools freezes
