Vanilla eMail Response Workflow Processes Have Disconnected Steps after Upgrade from Siebel 8.1 to Siebel Workspace 18.9 (Doc ID 2530363.1)

Goal

I want to activate the eMail Response,but looking at the workflow processes I found several flows with disconnected steps, can you provide me with the correct vanilla workflow processes in eMail Response?

Background Information:

I would like you to provide me the vanilla workflows, but not just eMail Response - Analyze Message, I meant all of the eMail Response functionality (the .sif file that I sent before contains all of the workflow processes:

eMail Response - Append Thread Id
eMail Response - Create Activity
eMail Response - Send Acknowledgement
eMail Response - Update Activity Status
eMail Response - Create Activity
eMail Response - Parse Junk Email
eMail Response - Route Email
eMail Response - Send Acknowledgement
eMail Response - SR Help
eMail Response - SR Query
eMail Response - SR Status
eMail Response - SR Submit
eMail Response - SR Update
eMail Response - Append Thread Id
eMail Response - Update Activity Status
eMail Response - Update Activity Status
eMail Response - Search Spec
eMail Response - Get Entitlement Id
eMail Response - Update Activity Status
eMail Response - Append Thread Id
eMail Response - Update Activity Status
eMail Response - Get Entitlement Id
eMail Response - Identify Language

We haven't done any customization to any of the eMail Response workflows.
I can see all of the eMail Response workflows in the MAIN workspace, but after a quick review of them, I found out missing steps in some and disconnected steps as well.
We did upgrade our siebel from 8.1 to 18.9 and then there was this documented error, that all of the OOTB workflows have missing steps, at that time we didn't need but one OOTB workflow, not related to eMail Response, so we got this Workflow from Oracle, and that was it. From that upgrade we have patched our environments to 19.2, and now I need to Activate eMail Response, and that is why I'm asking Oracle to send me the corresponding workflows, as I don't have an OOTB environment
I think it would be easy if you just send me all of them
