Menu Export Doest Show Progress Count And IE Session Will Crash If User Attempts To Click Away (Doc ID 2530551.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.7 version

Using IE browser, Menu export feature is crashing when user clicks away while the export is happening. Also, Menu export is not showing the progress count

REPRODUCIBLE STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use IE to launch Application
2. Navigate to Administration - Data--->List Of Values screen
3. Select Menu--->Export and try to export the records.
4. While the export is happening, the export popup is not displaying status of the number of records that are getting exported.
5. perform a mouse click. IE crashes.
