Siebel Patch 18.12 Workflow Step Deletion Creating Problems In INT To INT Branch Delivery (Doc ID 2531548.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.12 version, Siebel Workflow

Delivery of integration workflow is failing with below error:

SBL-DAT-60300: Deliver Workspace Failed. Refer to log for more information.

Reviewing delivery logs, could see below errors coming up:

!!ERROR::SBL-DEV-62155: CommitCopyInstance EXITING with error - 1-7L-4WQFX.

A record that contains identical values to the record you have created

already exists.

 

In workspace delivery log, following error is found:

!!ERROR::SBL-DEV-62194: INSERTION FAILED. Type WF Step Branch, NamePath -

Query PromotionConnector 25

 

!!ERROR::SBL-DEV-62155: CommitCopyInstance EXITING with error - 1-7L-4WQFX.

A record that contains identical values to the record you have created

already exists.

 

If you would like to enter a new record, please ensure that the field values

are unique.(SBL-DAT-00381)

 

Same way, in Siebdev.log, following errors are found:
