Symptoms
When trying to use the migration application REST API to migrate the Design Repository from Siebel 19.3 onwards, the migration application will not allow the Design Repository Migration.
The following error occurs.
"Unable to insert migration plan due to error : Design Repository migration is not supported. You must remove the Design Repository resource in order to proceed."
