Stop Read Receipts From Siebel Email Response module when it pulls email from the mail box. (Doc ID 2532972.1)

Siebel Email Response is been used to pull email from mail box. When a client is sending mail with the "Request a Read Receipt" Siebel is sending a response as Read as soon as the email is pull from the Exchange mail box, but it has not really been read. Is there a way to turn off this feature as there is already an auto acknowledgement that is being sent to the customer by Siebel Email Response.

Customer would like to disable the Read Receipt that is been sent by Siebel Email Response module to the person who send the inbound email, how can this be achieve?
