I am unable to export data from Siebel. When trying to export, I receive the following message:

We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:


Cannot open file: C:\Siebel\15.0.0.0.0\ses\siebsrvr\temp\3164_5040_export.tmp.(SBL-UIF-00276)
These are the steps:
1. Login to Siebel CTMS
2. Navigate to Site Management>Protocol Site List> Actvities
3. From the activities list applet gear box and option "Export..."
4. A pop up occurs but files are not exported it show the error above.

Symptoms

On : 16.17 [IP2016] version, Siebel Workflow

When attempting to export activities from activity list applet the following error occurs.
