Symptoms
On : 8.1.1.11 [IP2013] version, Installation
When attempting to applying SWSE logical profile
the following error occurs on the config.log in cfgtoollogs\cfg
ERROR

Expand File mode: C:\Siebel\8.1.1.11.0\eappweb\bin\eapps.cfg
Apr 22, 2019 5:47:43 PM oracle.siebel.configurator.utility.TypeUtility expandFile
SEVERE: C:\SWSE (The system cannot find the file specified)
java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\SWSE (The system cannot find the file specified)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create logical profile
2. run swse configuration and apply
