Cannot Connect to Srvrmgr for One User, Other User Can Connect. (Doc ID 2534259.1)

Siebel CRM - Version 15.15 [IP2015] and later

Symptoms

On : 15.15 [IP2015] version, System Admin

Cannot connect to srvrmgr command with one user, but this works for another user.

The server was recently patched (RHEL patch) and this worked fine before the patch.

ERROR
-----------------------
Fatal error (2555922): Could not open connection to Siebel Gateway configuration store (%1:%2)., exiting...




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Try connecting to srvrmgr command logged in as a user
2. Get error "Could not open connection to Siebel Gateway configuration store"
3. When logged in to OS as a different user this connects successfully


 

Changes

 RHEL patch was applied to the OS
