Error "SBL-UIF-00127" When Trying To Import

We are having this error "SBL-UIF-00127" when trying to import on some places of the application for example Responsibilities. However, importing workflows, for example, don't give us any issues, we are able to import successfully.
Basically, the import popup applet is open, we select the "Choose File" option, select a file from a local folder and press "Open". The file is not open and the "Choose File" field in the import popup applet is still empty.
The only related issue we found was (Doc ID 1608229.1) but the error occurred during export and not import so we don't know if it's related or not.
Can you please help identifying the cause for this issue?
