Q1: Customer is planning to upgrade their current Siebel version to the latest one (currently 19.2).
According to the information they got, Oracle changing license policy for Java app. which is 'must' for Siebel Enterprise.
According to the certification tab, they need Java JRE 1.8.0.x version.
Need confirmation whether this application is free of charge.

Q2: Is it possible to use JDK 1.8.0.x instead of JRE?
Is there a need to pay any additional fees in this case or it is a part of Siebel license?
