OpenUI - Records Does not Display In Equipments Dispatch Board Reached From Scheduled Activities (Doc ID 2534912.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When we drilldown from the Activity status in Activity List View to go to the DB, there is no data displayed. All the applets are empty except Agenda applet.
This issue doesn't happen in Active X (AX), only in Open UI mode (OUI)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

applets should have data

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Activity status in Activity List View to go to the DB i.e Drill down
2. Go to Dispatch Board > Equipment and Drilldown to Status field

3. Observe that No data is displayed under the Destination Applet though the records existing in the database.
