Symptoms
While clicking on the customize button the application throws the error message.
the following error occurs.

SBL-BPR-00162: Error invoking service '<?>', method '<?>' at step '<?>'.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Go to Sales Order screen and create a new order
3. In the line items view, add a product and launch the configurator.
