Symptoms
While installing SAM (Siebel Approval Manager )using a Oracle 12.2 db and Siebel server version 19.1, ddlimp command to create SAM schema is failing
with these errors:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run Siebel Approval Manager.exe
2. From \siebsrvr\bin run command from the SAMschemaddlimp.log
ddlimp /c SAM_DSN /u SADMIN /p SIEBEL /a SIEBEL /l
C:\SAM\SAMSchema\SAMSchemaddlimp.log /f C:\SAM\SAMSchema.ctl /t y /i y /g
SSE_ROLE /n n
