Symptoms

On : 18.12 version, Installation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SIebel WEBTOOLS displays a blank page after login.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Siebel Webtools should open.

1. Log into the Siebel WebTools > Siebel WebTools showing blank screen

2. Clear the SPF and re-login, still the same issue.

3. Once WebTools is closed, the Siebel WebTools browser component shows as Running.

ERROR
---------------
SBL-CSO-09100: The Server object (null) was not found.
