Siebel Developer Web Client ESN Failing At Start Up After 18.12 Update Installation: No Se Puede Obtener La Version De Los Componentes Instalados (Doc ID 2538933.1)

Siebel IP17 base build was fresh installed. Siebel Web Clients and Siebel Tools were tested and worked fine with ENU and ESN languages.

After having applied Siebel update 18.12 on top of IP17 and tried to use Siebel Developer Web Client for any ESN application, it was noticed that they are not starting up successfully.

Siebel Developer Web Clients ENU work fine.

ESN Web Clients sent the following error:


Error - no se puede obtener la version de los componentes instalados (ESN)
