Field Borders Are Not Appearing For Read Only Fields In Partner Portal (Doc ID 2539257.1)

Symptoms

In Partner portal application Field borders are not appearing for read only fields The borders for the controls are missing in all the form applets wherever the fields are read only. 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Partner portal application

2. Go to All Prospects for example


2. In the bottom for applet, the border for the controls State, Village/Town/City, District, Location and Town are not present
