Reinstall of Siebel Enterprise Server on Siebel 19 failed due to lower diskspace and hangs at 99% .No other upgrade/downgrade nor de-installation works, not even after cleanup. Patchrollback.bat script does not work
1. Install 19.4 patchset and fails on windows 16
3.Update hangs at 99%
4.No other upgrade/downgrade nor de-installation works.
