Duplicate Records On Contact User Search Query And BCHasRows Applied Query On Contact BC Is Not Same (Doc ID 2540319.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.9 version, Field Service


Issue Desc: When we do a Query with Last Name and First Name on Contact BC applet it is retrieving both Capital Letter records and small letter records which are matching with the given names - applying case in sensitive.
  But when we use BcHasRows it is only retrieving the matched case records only. Because of which user is able to create duplicate records with Case change.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to contacts Query on the fields Last Name and First Name on Contact BC applet
