Workflow Called From REST Can Not Read The Input Message (Doc ID 2541866.1)

Symptoms

When calling Workflow process from REST API, the following error occurs:

"Error invoking service 'PRM ANI Utility Service', method 'GetProperty' at step 'Get CompanyId'.(SBL-BPR-00162)--Error Running Method 'Execute'.(SBL-PRM-00104)"

This is because the input message with the REST call does not get passed to the workflow process.
