Application is not opening in Heterogeneous environment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a new Linux App server in the environment with a Solaris server 
2. Check connectivity trough server manager - working fine
3. Notice that requests are not routed towards the newly added server and that "Server Busy" is received.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the application using the newly added Linux App server.
