After Upgrade To 19.3, Hierarchical Pick List Shows Empty, The OM Crashes And Goes In Not Online State (Doc ID 2542458.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to click the drop down menu from the pick list form the eGov Activities List Applet;,
the application crashes and the following callstack is generated

 

 

 

STEPS ON THE CUSTOMERS' ENVIRONMENT

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in in Siebel call center enu application
2. Go to SS Service Request Detail View > eGov Activities List Applet
3. Try to open Activity Type pick list

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work in call center application.
