No EAI Option In OM List For REST Settings in AI Deployment, EAI Comp is Not Online After Migration (Doc ID 2542880.1)

Symptoms


While configuring AI Profile , in the REST Inbound Defaults configuration section, EAI component does not appear in the list

Customer has performed the following to get to this point:

  1. Installed 17.0 as Migration Installation and applied latest Update 
  2. upgraded db from 8.1.1.14 to CRM 19
  3. Enterprise and Siebel server were migrated fine
  4. trying to configure AI, but EAI does not appear in the list for REST Inbound Defaults
