On : 19.4 version, Upgrade

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to open Technical Support applet it shows empty "Technical Support Applet"


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The "Technical Support Applet" should be normally displayed on 19.4


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Help > Technical Support
