STEPS
-----------------------
On the browser network tab the following sequence can be observed:

- Click Inspect
         Notice the corresponding request pending in the Network tab

- Once hourglass is gone, click Close
         Notice the corresponding request pending in the Network tab

- Wait to see a request for GotoView in the Network tab and click Open
- Request is queued and pending, once Close will complete, it'll reach the server but context is now the app view, no longer the WSUI, hence the crash.
