Unable To See Newly Mapped Controls

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are unable to see newly mapped controls in Siebel 18.12
Steps to reproduce this issue are as follows:
- Log into WebTools and create a new Workspace
- Open the Workspace and select an Applet to view
- Edit the Web Layout for this Applet
- Add new controls to this applet, some buttons in this case
- Launch a Siebel Application like CallCenter
- Click the cube icon in the top right
- Select the Workspace where the changes were made
- Open and Inspect this workspace
- Navigate to the changed applet and note the new buttons are not there.
