Unexpected Session Timeouts During Peak Hours

During peak hours, our end users are getting server busy error messages and then they are obligated to reconnect. This behavior occurs around 10 times per day which it causes considerable discomfort.
After AOM log files have been checked, I see that a session timeout is occurring at the same time suggesting that the busy error messages are due to these unexplained timeouts.
note: the users are active when the session timeout occurs, so there is no reason to trigger a session timeout.
Note: timeout is recorded after 32 seconds, ever if the session timeout is set to 14400 seconds
Updates were performed on Windows web-servers, after these updates the issue was present
