Error SBL-DAT-00452 Encountered When Inspecting Workspace

Symptoms
Changes done to Contact / Account BC throws error SBL-DAT-00452 when inspecting the workspace.
After making any change to Contact / Account BC (for eg: inactivating a Field, adding a new Field, or at minimum adding a comment to a field), when the user attempts to inspect the workspace, the following error is noticed:
For changes done on Account BC:
However note that the above error(s) are no longer observed once the workspace is delivered.
STEPS
1. Make any kind of change under Account or Contact BC.
2. Inspect the changes
Either or both the below errors are shown:
Join in business component definition 'Account' has source fields that come from tables 'S_ORG_EXT' and 'S_PARTY'(SBL-DAT-00452)
Join in business component definition 'Contact' has source fields that come from tables 'S_CONTACT' and 'S_PARTY' (SBL-DAT-00452)
3. Deliver the changes
The configuration change works fine without any errors.
