Unable To Locate Bulk Request Template In Siebel 19 (Doc ID 2547233.1)

Symptoms

As per bookshelf 
To create a bulk import template file 
On the installation media for your Siebel application, locate the Siebel Tools Installation Directory\REPPATCH folder. 

From the ZIP file in the REPPATCH folder, extract the BulkRequest.xls source file and BulkRequestTemplate.xsd schema file to the D:\BulkRequestTemplatedirectory. 

Unable to locate these templates in Siebel 19.
