Sales Catalog View Not Visible On Agent Devices Using IE11 On Window 8.1 (Doc ID 2547389.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.15 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 Sales Catalog View does not appear on agent devices using IE11(not the latest patch set) on Window 8.1

Same view appears on Win 7 and Win 10 Pro on IE 11.

Note: Window 8.1 on those particular Tablet devices is not allowing to upgrade IE 11 latest version.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 Sales Catalog View should be visible in UI when using a TABLET device with Windos 8.1 and IE11

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open siebel application in IE11 on a tablet with Windows 8.1
2. Go to Sales Catalog View
3. Notice that there are not catalogs in this view.

Changes


 
Customer received and IE11 patch from Microsoft for his Tablet model. This patch solved the compatibility issue.
