Applet ACD Transfer Call Applet Does Not Get in Focus (Doc ID 2547423.1)

After pressing Button Make Call to Popup Employee Siebel opens standard "ACD Transfer Call Applet" with the list of employees to call there is a problem, that the applet "ACD Transfer Call Applet" does not get in focus. This is usability issue, because users were used to select agent with one click and then press ok.
Now, the first click makes the focus only. In IP15 the popup Applet: "ACD Transfer Call Applet" gets in focus immediately.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the popup Applet: "ACD Transfer Call Applet" opens should be in focus.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. press Button Make Call to Popup Employee
2. "ACD Transfer Call Applet" is opened with the list of employees to call
3. Notice that the focus is not on this applet and the first click only puts the focus on this applet. This is usability issue, because users were used to select agent with one click and then press ok.
