Standard JS Is Causing Issue In Siebel 18.x French Application (Doc ID 2548303.1)

When attempting to Click on the Popup Applet which calls the Siebel Business Service, the following error occurs in the browser console:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Standard Siebel Popup Applet which is based on the BC on which the Query is Made
2. Associate the newly created popup Applet to the Button from which the Popup applet has to invoked.
3. Compile/Deliver the changes and see what is the behavior from French Application
4. Click on the Popup Applet which calls the Siebel Business Service and gives a pop up message
