Need To Do Clear Cache From Admin Data Screen EVERYDAY For Solution To Work (Doc ID 2548310.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.1 [IP2015] version, Siebel VB / eScript / COM

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

users cannot See the value Disconnect for the Field "Sale Type"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
users Should See the value Disconnect for the Field "Sale Type"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Siebel Tools and Navigate to "Quote BC"
2. For the Field "Sale Type" associate Picklist "Sale Type picklist"
3. Add the below Search Spec to the "Sale Type picklist"
IIF(GetProfileAttr("XRX Contract Analyst Resp") = "XRX Contract Analyst", [Order By] < 50, [Order By] < 49)
4. Compile the changes and Open the production Application to test the changes with "XRX Contract Analyst" responsibility.
5. For a Record check if the Field "Sale Type" has the value "Disconnect" whose Order By 50 in LOVs
6. See that the value Disconnect is not visible
7. Navigate to Admins Data > LOV screen and perform Clear Cache and check the Field "Sale Type" has the value "Disconnect"
8. The solution is only working if performed Clear Cache in Admins Data > LOV screen
