Siebel filesystem using Azure file share
The Siebel filesystem on siebel document server is using Azure file share from cloud.
The filesystem Z: was mounted using windows service account, all siebel instances on document server were started by the same windows service account. However when uploading a document it fails with error
This works when changing fs to local C: drive.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure file system on Azure file share from cloud
2. When uploading document this fails with error
