ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Clib.fwrite is writing to a file with a null character between every character.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Clib.fwrite should write contents into a file without adding an extra null character after every character.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Write a Business Service with this script:

2. Run this Business Service in a simulator.
3. See the contents of c:\Temp\TestFile.dat
